Abstract

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT

  • The acceptable word range for the abstract is 150 – 300 words. The abstracts that do not meet this word limit will be asked for revisions.
  • The text of the abstract should be prepared in 14-point Browallia New font with single line spacing. Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully.
  • Your submission should be submitted in English.
  • We encourage you to send informative abstract (complete abstract) which is a compendious summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
  • Once you prepared your abstract according to the above guidelines, please submit your abstract online click.
  • After submission, you will be acknowledged of the receipt of the abstract via an email within three working days.

Poster

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

Please read the following poster presentation guidelines carefully and prepare your poster accordingly.

1. POSTER SIZE  AND DESIGNS

  • All posters should be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the presenters. The conference organizers are NOT able to receive any posters by mail in advance, print or transport posters.
  • Each poster should be printed A0 paper size in portrait orientation (90 cm width × 120 cm height). The poster title, author(s)’s name(s) and affiliation(s) should be placed at the top of the poster.
  • All illustrations, charts and pictures should be visible from a distance of 1.0 m – point 24 or more (for text content) is recommended (larger font is expected for titles, authors and sub-headings).
  • Avoid overloading the poster with text and/or graphic. Posters should include appropriately labeled illustrative graphs and diagrams as much as possible.
  • Avoid using abbreviations, acronyms and/or jargon in your poster. Make sure the font and style are consistent throughout. The reference list should not more than 3. Please click here to download the template of poster (0.9m W x 1.2m H) for preparing your poster.

2. LOCATIONS AND TIME

  • The poster section will be located at Academic Building 7. Each display board will be identified by a poster number assigned to each poster according to the conference program. Poster presenters are responsible for mounting and removing their posters themselves. Mounting supplies (cellulose tape, adhesive Velcro and blue-tack) will be available at the poster display area during the set-up period.  Push pins are NOT allowed.  You are also RESTRICTED to use staples or to stick the self-adhesive posters directly on the poster board since it is extremely difficult to be removed. 
  • The poster evaluation session are scheduled on 27 March 2020 from 10:00 to 11:00 am.  Presenters are encouraged to stand by their poster to discuss their results and answer question. The best poster awards would be announced in the conference closure ceremony at the main hall.

3. POSTER SETUP AND REMOVAL SCHEDULE

Please set up and remove your poster according to the below schedule:

Any remaining posters will be disposed and dismantlement posters after the dismantle time will be handled by the venue workers and the removed posters will NOT be returned to the authors.

Full paper

GUIDELINES FOR PROCEEDING PAPER

  • All paper submitted to PHRC must be original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere.
  • Download the Full Paper Template for proceedings and read the guidelines.
  • Prepare your manuscript according to provided guidelines. The submitted paper should not more than 8 pages.
  • Upload your conference paper through the conference’s online system click*
  • After reviewing, you may ask to revise your paper based on reviewer comments and upload the revised version of your paper to the conference before the deadline.
  • Confirm the final acceptance and get your paper published on the conference’s website.

*Since the publication of the paper in the proceedings is subject to the conference registration and payment of the fee, all authors are kindly request to register to the conference before the deadline, in order to facilitate a smooth Proceedings preparation process.

To register and pay the related fee, click on the link click. At least one of the authors should register and present orally the paper in the conference. Failure to do so shall lead to rejection of the application to attend next year conference and the exclusion of the paper for the current year proceedings.
